[Bug 238523] net/libdnet fails to build in jail

I was able to look through more of the source files, and get it to successuflly
build by passing the jail a custom devfs rules and adding the following to the
defaults. This of course also required I pass the mount.devfs option as well.

add path 'bpf' unhide
add path 'bpf0' unhide
