If there are outstanding security issues, and/or the 4.x branch is not being
maintained, then:

- The security issues should be added to security/vuxml so users are notified,
and
- The port should be marked DEPRECATED with an EXPIRATION_DATE. If the port
works now, the EXPIRATION_DATE in the near future, but at least one month. If
it doesn't currently work, it should be, additionally
- Marked BROKEN
