net-mgmt/prometheus2: Update to 2.7.0

This patch updates net-mgmt/prometheus2 to 2.7.0.

Highlights of this release include PromQL subqueries and size based TSDB
retention times.

The addition of the TSDB size based retention times deprecates the old time
based `storage.tsdb.retention` flag and replaces it with
`storage.tsdb.retention.time`.  This has been mentioned in the pkg-message for
users upgrading.
