Hi,

This is the first of five new python packages which are needed to package the
tools for the next version of 'devel/opengrok'.

Although the opengrok-tools could be distributed directly with 'devel/opengrok'
I think it is much more appropriate to make it a package with its direct
dependencies and registered in the system's python pip.

I've attached a 'svn diff' patch and the build log of 'poudriere testport'.

Any thoughts are welcome :)
