patch to update the port

- Update 0.55 --> 0.56

- "portlint -AC" gives non-relevant warnings.
- testport of poudriere 3.2.8 runs ok:
        at 12.0-RELEASE-p1-amd64, pkg 1.10.5_5, perl 5.28.1,
        with DEFAULT_VERSIONS+= ssl=openssl111
- Buil-in perl tests in a clean jail of poudriere say: "PASS".
