patch-to-2.1.0

This patch is to 2.1.0, testbuilds are fine, and provides shared libs.

depends are:

accessibility/speech-dispatcher
accessibility/eflite
audio/asterisk-flite (fails because asterisk13 does not build due to net-snmp)
multimedia/gstreamer-plugins
multimedia/ffmpeg
multimedia/gstreamer1-plugins
x11-toolkits/gnustep-gui

So I guess APIs are not the problem.
