x11-wm/lxsession: update to 0.5.4

- Update x11-wm/lxsession to 0.5.4
- Replace two patch files with a post-patch redefinition to ease in updating
(patch files depends on lines whereas here REINPLACE_CMD does not, and lines
change between updates)

While here:
- Add USES=gnome
- Remove useless USE_LDCONFIG
- Reorder section blocks to pet portlint
