Fix

Gajim segfaults on FreeBSD 12, which I have traced to devel/glib20 port
invoking res_ninit() with an uninitialized state pointer. I've submitted a bug
with upstream: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/glib/issues/1697.
