Patch to update to 1.7

scrcpy has been updated to 1.7.

Summary of changes:
- Support recording to MKV
- Add "always on top" option (#391, #412)
- Fix mp4 headers produced by recording (#351, #416)
- Fix mouse events deserialization (comment in #350)
- Fix file push with non-ASCII chars on Windows (#422)
