According to <https://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/8.0/en/> and
<https://blogs.oracle.com/mysql/announcing-general-availability-of-mysql-80> -
to name just two references - Mysql 8.0 is not in development status anymore.
Please reflect this change in pkg-message to reduce confusion. Currently it
still contains the following message:

> WARNING: THIS IS STILL-IN-DEV PROJECT! USE WITH CAUTION ON PRODUCTION ENVS!
