After installing redmine 3.4.6 on a fresh FreeBSD 12.0 jail, I realized
ImageMagick was missing, then I made a ZFS snapshot and installed
ImageMagick6-nox11 package. 

After ImageMagick6-nox11 installation Redmine was given a 404 not found error.
Then I made a new snapshot and compare both .
