Update lang/smlnj to 110.91

Update lang/smlnj to 110.91

The attached patch to lang/smlnj should be identical to

        <ftp://offshore.free.de/pub/patch/smlnj.patch.20190814>
        MD5 (smlnj.patch.20190814) = 07b14b3ad827b7a7113a65396fa3d779

and does the following:

- Update to SML/NJ 110.91, upstream changelog: [1].
- Remove option POSITION64 (now the size of Position.int is
  always 64 bit).

Output from poudriere testport on amd64 and i386 is available: [2].
