ocaml-camlidl.shar : .shar archive of updated ocaml-camlidl port folder

This port was deprecated (and later removed entirely) because it did not
support STAGEDIR changes back in 2014.

I have updated the port to work with STAGEDIR, as well as adding comments and
other minor changes to bring it to the latest standard.

Please re-add this to the PORTS tree.
