Patch to update bareos-server port to 17.2.7

I was having problems with the bareos-dbcheck command never finishing, getting
stuck when cleaning the Path table. This bug was fixed in Bareos 17.2.6:

Attached are diffs to upgrade bareos-server and bareos-docs to 17.2.7. The
patches are trivial (PORTVERSION and distinfo only). I've been running this now
for several days in production with no problems at all.
