Hmm, so what is our policy on supporting older versions of head?  The patches
you pointed to can largely be removed (the parts of them that deal with
kf_sa_local/peer) if we don't want to support older versions of head. 
Otherwise we will have to bump FreeBSD_version again and only use the
workaround for a specific range of version values.
