Enable compressed feature and autocreation flag by default in rc script

By default the compressed feature is left of in this program as not all ZFS
implementation support sending compressed streams with -Lce. FreeBSD ZFS
implementation supports this so enable by default in rc script.

Also, enable autoCreation by default, when receiving end does not have the
necessary datasets, create them. This should always be on, when choosing a
receiving location you should be fine that this tool creates the necessary
datasets to send operate and send snapshots.
