Hello,

I think there is a mistake in SoPlex's license permissions.
According to Zib academic license ( http://scip.zib.de/academic.txt ), the
"license applies to you only if you are a member of a noncommercial and
academic institution, e.g., a university".

Hence I think no-dist-mirror and no-pkg-mirror should be set. Moreover, I think
users should be warned about those strict license requirements before
installing, hence I would suggest to also set no-auto-accept.

I prepared a diff file with the proposed changes in case you approve them.
