Generated build.ninja is wrong and causes build failure (at least on
powerpc64):
https://talos.anongoth.pl/data/powerpc64-default/2018-10-23_15h24m27s/logs/errors/yaml-cpp03-0.3.0.log

Switch to USES=cmake:noninja to fix this issue.
