Scenario:
- security/libsodium installed
- mail/dovecot being rebuilt

Result:
- dovecot includes a dependency on libsodium, but this is not recorded in the
package dependencies

Expected result:
- dependencies recorded in the package should match reality

Fix:
- include "--without-sodium" in CONFIGURE_ARGS
