Two questions:
What make it better than the command fold?

second:
breakfast --linelenght=65 test.txt 
Usage: breakfast [--linelength=N] <file>
32 <= N <= 128. If linelength is not specified, the default is 72
If <file> is not given, standard input is read

either the syntax is not clear, or it does not work
