It can happen that you are lucky enough to run pkg upgrade while at the same
time, the package dataset is being switched from the one which you just got the
metadata, and the new one where the packages won't match.
It may also be because some stale database information, running `pkg update -f`
before reporting the issue would probably have fixed it for you.
