proposed patch

Setup: nagios in a clean jail.

Problem: Nagios fails to display mape.php (leagacy map works)

Lolgfile:

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function filter_input() in
/usr/local/www/nagios/map.php:33

Workaround:
pkg install php71-filter


Solution:
apply the proposed patch.
