Patch with fix

Hi;

Apparently other platforms have moved to using duktape as their Javascirpt
support runtime. While integrating bootstrap on rails5 I was hit by a bug in
one of such platforms and I found an upstream patch here:

https://github.com/rails/execjs/pull/46

I would like this integrated JIC we bundle such support by accident.
While here, update the descriptions of the node dependencies
