The current package was built against quarterly, but our ffmpeg build fails to
load on latest because of the last x264 update (see bug #232935). To better
follow our release cycle we decided it would be better to ship our own x264
library as it is undergoing a soname bump with most releases. We still depend
on system libs for the rest.

We also removed the message about imagemagick and ffmpeg, as ffmpeg is now
included and imagemagick has been replaced with skiasharp (also included).
