skips meta port scheme

qtermwidget did not read translations from qtermwidget-l10n's install dir.
This is fixed with a cmake patch.

Furthermore the MASTER port scheme has been removed and qtermwidget-l10n is an
individual port. 

portlint -ACNc looks fine.
