jakarta-commons-daemon.diff

For unknown reasons the configure check for jni_md.h fails completely on arm
but
we can easily skip it.

Tested in Poudriere on 12.0/aarch64/QEMU, 11.1/amd64, 10.4/i386, and on real
hardware (Raspberry Pi 2) by a user on the forums.
