Environment: Ezjail jailed instance running on a FreeBSd-11.1 host.

OS: 
FreeBSD 11.1-RELEASE-p10 FreeBSD 11.1-RELEASE-p10 #0: Tue May  8 05:21:56 UTC
2018     root at amd64-builder.daemonology.net:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC  amd64

Installed via pkg:

py36-postfix-policyd-spf-python-2.0.2 Pure Python Postfix policy
daemon for SPF checking

When run from the command line the follwoing is observed:

/usr/local/bin/policyd-spf
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/bin/policyd-spf", line 39, in <module>
    import spf
ImportError: bad magic number in 'spf': b'\x03\xf3\r\n'

This occurs on one jail.  Another jail, running on the same host, having the
same installed packages, and  and configured identically except for the network
addresses, does not display this error.
