[PATCH] security/openvpn-admin: fetch already-patched src, and add ru_RU
translation

I would like to adopt this port.

prior to this patch:

  * 2 others files (patches) were used to update the source of this port
regarding issues with gtksharp20. they are no longer needed;
  * Russian translation was available, but not present on the source fetched
from upstream.

now:

  * source fetched from upstream is already patched against gtksharp20 stuff;
  * the Russian translation is already merged and available.
