* Remove files/patch-CMakeLists.txt (fixed upstream)

  - Add gtest and micro benchmarks
  - Fix packaging error leading to wrong version output
  - Fix shared lib compilation (cmake -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON ..)
