patch for anki 2.0.47

Hello,

this is a patch to the latest version of anki. Actually, there is already the
version 2.0.48, but this is only available for Windows systems.

Minor changes have been made to the Makefile:
- new download URL
- USES python2.7 instead of python2
- delete "*.bak" files in the post-patch section to avoid errors in the staging
process

The dependencies have remained the same.

The patch was successfully tested with and without the NLS option on FreeBSD
11.1p6.
