u-boot-rpi3-201801.patch

This is probably not the patch to merge, just throwing it out there — this
version of U-boot is new and awesome and it works for both SD card and network
booting. It requires device_tree_address=0x4000 in config.txt.

So for the actual direction of this port — I think

- the PSCI monitor should be moved into sysutils/rpi-firmware
- this port should drop the firmware
- this port should be migrated to sysutils/u-boot-master

Thoughts?
