Dimitry, can you MFC Clang/libc++ 6 to /stable/11 before code slush 2018-04-20
? It should help C++11 (or later) adoption in upstream projects that only do QA
for released FreeBSD versions.

FWIW, Rust 1.25 (scheduled on 2018-03-29) will use bundled LLVM 6.0. It appears
to have a weird __atomic* issue on i386.
