svn diff to upgrade to 0.36.1

gohugo has been updated to 0.36.1
(https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases/tag/v0.36.1):

The attached svn diff brings this port up from 0.34 to 0.36.1

Change log:
 - Fix multi-threaded image processing issue
 - Improve error message in .Render
 - Bump Travis/Snapcraft to Go 1.9.4
 - Improve error processing error message

Tested against amd64/i386 10.4-RELEASE, 11.1-RELEASE, 11.1-STABLE, and
12.0-CURRENT. Poudriere logs attached, and also found here for a limited time:
