Patch updating lang/gawk

This patch updates GNU awk to version 4.2.0
The update includes some changes that aren't backwards compatible
(https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/info-gnu/2017-10/msg00004.html).
Past experiences show this may also affect other ports, where lang/gawk isn't
explicitly set as a dependency. Therefore, an exp-run is desired.
