patch for remotebox v2.4

Two weeks are gone and still no answer from the maintainer. 

Attached is a improved patch which includes following:

- let the user choose between rdesktop or freerdp
- cleanup/optimization of the post-patch section
- small bug fix for the documentation directory
- NO_ARCH
- changed maintainer addresses

If the current maintainer still wants to manage this port feel free to change
the maintainer address back to the original value.

Otherwise I'm willing to take maintainership for this port.
