Hello,

With the current version of stack (1.5.1) I'm unable to create new projects
(`stack new foo` fails) so I tried to update the port. I'm not an haskell
developer btw.

Following the comment at the top of the makefile I've updated the version
number and checksums. I've successfully compiled it in a clean jail on FreeBSD
11.1-RELEASE.
