audio/calf-lv2 port diff

Updated the audio/calf-lv2 port to add an SSE option, as SSE is supported in
the application.

Cleaned up the Makefile to validate portlint.  This involved moving some of the
items around.  Add `gnome` to USES

Finally,
There was a file not being stripped, so I added that to the post install.
`lib/lv2/calf.lv2/calflv2gui.so`
