WIP v2

Added USE_LDCONFIG and replaced ln with ${LN}. The absolute path in
pkg-deinstall is just a comment, nothing to worry about.

I made some changes and tried poudriere, but it fails to build llvm60 here, and
takes 4 hours to do so, so I gave up. Could you give the latest diff a try?
