Patch to upgrade the ports script to support din-38a builds.

DIN Is Noise has been updated from version 38 to version 38a.

I have made a patch that makes changes to the ports script to support building
din-38a.

In addition to this I have also updated (in the Makefile) "USES=" to have
"gnome" to prevent the warning message "USE_GNOME=" is deprecated.

It would be nice if the patch can be applied to the ports tree of FreeBSD.
