Fix for above issue.

When QT_VERSION is suffixed with a beta/rc/etc version, pkg-plist fails to find
the appropriate header files, as they've actually been installed in QT_VERSION
without that suffix.

Attached is a patch which strips the suffix when pkg-plist is created.
