Patch to update gexiv2 to 0.10.8

0.10.8 is the latest stable release and it is required to compile gnome-photos
from upstream git since
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-photos/commit/82bfc1176e534e0240265f387889dce10155cfb1.
Can we get it updated?
