update to 0.7.1

Simple update to 0.7.1.
Port changes:
- remove DEFAULTCONF option
- add FISH option

Program changelog:
- many bugfixes
- new setting: verbose
- fix the initial floating position of new windows by taking their position
relative to the nearest hlwm monitor
- new example script: float-maximize.sh
