Using emacs25-25.3_1,3 from the FreeBSD repository, the new version of
php-mode.el 1.19.0 fails to load without also including the "php-project.el"
file.

An error shows when starting emacs, stating "File error: Cannot open load file,
No file or directory with that name found, php-project".

This is caused by a "(require 'php-project)" statement inside the "php-mode.el"
file.

Simply copying over the "php-project.el" file to
"/usr/local/share/emacs/site-lisp/" fixes the issue.
