dear port maintainer of net-mgmt/unifi5,

The LTS version[0] of Unifi controller has been released, but net-mgmt/unifi5
is pointed to stable version. the solution is to create a new port, e.g.
net-mgmt/unifi56 to accomodate LTS versions
