Yes, this port should be updated. I will try to do so soon.

In the meantime, the automatic upgrade process worked for me to go from 4.8.3
to 4.9.0. The client just updated itself after the subscription was updated
with no manual intervention required. It might be worth checking if that works
in your situation, since it may be the easiest way to unblock you.

I'd also like to make sure that automatic updates are working after installing
via the ports tree, since there is usually a fair amount of latency in getting
patches prepared and submitted. If you find that the automatic upgrade doesn't
work, it might be useful to review the logs and figure out if there is anything
that needs to be adjusted in the port.
