Prometheus 1.7.1 has an issue with the targets page of the web UI when compiled
with Go 1.9.x as covered here:
https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/issues/3046

Version 1.7.2 of Prometheus fixes this, but perhaps it should be bumped
directly to 1.8.0.
