clusteradm, can you keep ref11-aarch64 on the oldest supported release? Too
late for 11.0 but for 11.1 life upgrading to -STABLE may render binaries built
on the reference machine unusable for consumption on the package builder due to
lack of *forward* ABI compatibility.
