update PORTREVISION

I'm using quarterly repository and the following message appears:
$ mpc                                
/usr/local/lib/libmpdclient.so.2: version libmpdclient2 required by
/usr/local/bin/mpc not defined 

After increase PORTREVISION and rebuild audio/musicpc the error disappears and
works fine.
I think it's enough reason to merge quarterly too.
