Makes Python, RabbitMQ and Redis optional
Hello,
As I'm not using Python, RabbitMQ or Redis anywhere, I would prefer to not
compile them and not have them as dependencies for OpenSIPS.
Please find an attached patch to make them optional. To not break OpenSIPS for
current users, this three options are "on" by default.
Best Regards,
Olivier
