Entire textproc/py-MarkupSafe could be shrinked to this Makefile

Hello,

while creating ports for python 3 based on python 2 ones, I noticed that
textproc/py3-MarkupSafe doesn't use textproc/py-MarkupSafe as master port
through MASTERDIR. Moreover this ports almost entirely identical.

So I guess a little changes for textproc/py-MarkupSafe could shrink entire
textproc/py3-MarkupSafe ports files to one Makefile, which is in attachment.
